Do you have experience of working in a health and social setting with people who have Autism, Learning Disability or a Mental Health diagnosis?
If you have experience of working with individuals with complex care and support needs with highly challenging behaviour, we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for Support Workers that will....

Ensure that the individuals we support maintain their skills and personal interests

Support individuals with all aspects of their day to day living, enabling them to improve their quality of life
​

Sometimes work alone or with other colleagues , depending on the level of support required
​

Promote and safeguard the welfare of those individuals we we support
Work for us Full time or Part time various shift available
We are looking for Support Workers that will....

Deliver all care and support using a person centered approach , following the appropriate support plans
​

Communicate and build rapport with individuals we support, conduct themselves in a calm and caring manner
​

Work well with other staff and with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for the people we support
​​

Undertake training and development as required from time-to-time to maintain and progress knowledge
Earn hourly rates above the national minimum wage & Pension auto-enrolment
